The location offered was quiet very close to pure Michigan, surrounding areas, and bar restaurant & beach. For short-orders there was Kings Pizza, we found it close by.
The staff was not particularly friendly.

I loved the hotel. The stuff was helpful, always on hand when needed. Quiet position was an added bonus. Btw, the airport was 19 miles away.
I didn't find service, so was a little disappointed.

I adored the charming decor in the common areas - so cozy and inviting for us seniors. the accessibility was excellent, with smooth pathways and helpful handrails for us to navigate easily. It truly felt like a warm and welcoming retreat for older guests.
I wished for more assistance from the young staff members for seniors.
